Great location, 10 mins from the ferry terminal. Exclusive rooftop pool right near most of the rooms which made it very easy to pop back to the room to shower etc once done - and complementary shampoo / conditioner / shower gel were included in the room also. There are two restaurants included at the property, with very attentive and friendly staff - we received coupons for a complementary drink each on our arrival. Reception staff were also very attentive and friendly and fixed a key card issue of ours very quickly. Cheap laundry service with complimentary detergent. Car park for those that need it. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Great staff, very helpful. Old mate even left his post at the check in desk to pour me a beer when the rest of the staff were run off their feet with steak night upstairs. Clean comfortable room. Free undercover parking. Didn't see much else of the city as there was no need to leave.

Did not use the pool but clearly those guests who did enjoyed the facility immensely. The room was a little dated (chipboard wardrobe was a surprise) but was clean and had everything I needed... functionally furnished. Ensuite was excellent, recently renovated I suspect. The staff were all extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful. The location was excellent and I booked largely for that reason as several of the functions I attended during my stay were within walking distance. The proximilty of the Strand was also a plus. An excellent exercise and walking location. Both restaurants on site were excellent.. both handy and good value. Again, staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful property. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Jo at reception was a particular stand out, nothing was too much trouble and she obviously cares about the guests having a great stay. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. The pool area is lovely with lots of seating and free cabanas, and having the bar and restaurant by the pool is really convenient. There’s delicious pizzas and cocktails at the pool side bar plus really nice coffee in the cafe/bar downstairs. The hotel is in a central and vibrant weekend nightclub/bar area but we found our room to be very quiet and soundproofed.

Walking distance to the ferry terminal (even with back packs). Staff friendly. Clean and comfortable room! Nice pool area. Obv it is a more budget hotel than some of the bigger ones so room decor reflects this, but ticks all boxes for a short stay in Townsville. Free tea/ coffee and biscuits. We were very impressed with the vouchers given for drinks at reception (free drink with evening meals and free coffee with breakfast). The rooftop restaurant is such good value for money when you stay, they offer a different deal every night. We got steak and chips with wine, and tacos with a margarita for less than $40. Close to bars/ clubs. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Townsville.

We received a warm and friendly welcome at reception from Jo and that was the start of a very positive stay. Our room was contemporary in decor, and excellent value for money, particularly given the super roof top pool facility. The pool was a great size with a good variety of loungers and shaded seating too. The adjacent bar and restaurant meant that we didn’t need to go far for all our needs in the evening. We ordered the wood fired pizzas and they were delicious and good value for money. The bar downstairs served great coffee and breakfasts. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly.

The rooms were clean and comfortable even for our large group. The location was perfect for us, and the free coffee cards were much appreciated!

The location was great. The bed was really comfy. Large TV screen. Cookies. The staff are very lovely and nothing is too much for them. Food is great for the price.

The rooftop restaurant and the Streetfront bar were great. lovely atmosphere, decor and food. excellent value and delicious food. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. location was perfect, near town but also the Esplanade and ferry. the pool was nice and big too with plenty of seating.
